Cancellations Policy

A strict cancellations policy is applicable to all applicable to all events and is as follows:

Notification of cancellations can only be accepted if sent via-email.

Cancellations received more than 4 weeks before the start date of an event no fee will apply Cancellations received 1 to 4 weeks before the start date of an event refund will be given less 25%.
Cancellations received less than 1 week before the start date of an event no refund will be given

Once an event is full and you decide to cancel we would attempt to substitute your place and if successful, would offer a full refund.

The conferences and courses department reserve the right to cancel any event at short notice if it becomes necessary to do so. In that event you would be notified as soon as possible and advised of an alternative date(s) and given the option to transfer onto another event at no extra charge. If you decide to withdraw your booking, a full refund would apply, however, no reimbursement would be given for any travelling expenses you may have incurred.
